1 year on since handover

The year since handover has gone so quick. Been busy in the yard. Southern Sun Landscapes have done an amazing job and offered awesome advice on different plants and ideas for our yard.

We are so happy with it. Looks stunning! See a few pics below...

House made the MJH website😃

Advance pest control, checked the termite barrier and sprayed the house.

McDonald Jones came and completed the service and warranty list. Only minor things on the list.

Well the developers had their landsacpe company come out and replace the damaged pavers which they caused.

Planted the cherry blossom trees! 

Looks great 

We put up our house name plark:) we just went with our address. Looks awesome!

Clothes Line up and running with this awesome trolley we found at bunnings, with a peg basket. Works well and is a good hight so your not bending as much.

Gave the yard a good clean up ready for fence, turf and plants 

Post Build Update!

The developer has completed the footpath. They did damage some of the new grass and pavers for our Cherry Blossom trees! which is disappointing. 

I'm in contact with them at the moment regarding the damage. 

Next job on the list is to finish the grass and plant the cherry blossom trees:)

Quote for fence done, Craig gave us lots of ideas to think about as it's a boundary fence. Awesome customer service! 

Grass and retaining wall looks stunning, so happy with the outcome and the kids are enjoying games of footy and soccer on it!

Cut the grass for the 1st time! Looking great!

Developer commenced footpath works around the block. 

Once the footpath is done we can look at fencing, finish planting grass and start on the gardens.
